1. Services
Paisa108 provides unsecured loan services through its digital platform in partnership with banks and NBFCs. Loan sanction, processing, and disbursement are subject to eligibility and approval by our lending partners.
2. User Responsibilities
• Provide accurate and complete personal and financial details during loan application.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Repay the loan amount (principal + interest + charges) on or before the due date.
• Avoid misuse of the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
3. Loan Agreement
All loans are governed by the loan agreement signed between the borrower and the lending partner.
4. Restrictions
User must not:
• Upload harmful or unlawful content
• Harass or threaten staff, agents, or recovery teams.
• Attempt unauthorised access or misuse of the platform.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Pre-Disbursement: Loans sanctioned but not disbursed can be cancelled.
• Post-Disbursement (within 24 hours): Borrower may cancel by repaying the full principal.
• Excess Payment Refund: Any extra payment will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability
Paisa108 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in New Delhi, India.
